Dear Teachers and Parents,
The 2015 Clementi Piano Festival will take place at Schmitt Music, 155 West Hampden Ave, Englewood, CO, on the following dates:
Saturday October 3
Sunday October 4
Saturday October 10
Sunday October 18
Rehearsals on each of the above dates begin at 12:00 noon. Concerts each day begin at 3:00 pm. Each performer rehearses, and then plays in the concert on the same day. We will contact you by email to announce your particular rehearsal time.
APPLICATIONS ARE DUE SEPTEMBER 4, 2015 (POSTMARKED)
Entrant must record on CD or DVD, the selected composition in its entirety, together with its 2nd piano accompaniment.
Entry fee is $90 (For players of the Paganini Variations, the fee is $30 per player). If an entrant is rejected, a refund of $70 will be made. For "Paganini", a refund of $7 per player will be made. No refund can be made once a recording has been accepted. Fee includes appraisal of recording, 1 rehearsal with orchestra and 1 concert appearance with the orchestra. Make checks payable to Mercury Ensemble. Mail completed entry form, audition recording and check, postmarked no later than September 1, 2015 to:

Teachers will be notified of acceptance or rejection of student as soon as scheduling is completed. Rejections are made only if the auditioners feel the student will not have a successful performing experience. Teachers will be informed of rehearsal and performance dates and times for their students as soon as programs are arranged and set. Every effort will be made to accommodate the preferences students have indicated on their entry forms.
There is no age or residence requirement, but a performer must be a student studying with a teacher.
